The Bavarian telemedicine project Pregnancy (BaTeleS) is aimed to improve the care of pregnant women by using telemedicine solutions. First promising results were presented on 18.10.2019 in Munich by Prof. Dr. med. med. Martin Middeke, head of the project and the Hypertension Center Munich. Telemedical monitoring of blood pressure and weight history has significantly reduced complications in high-risk pregnancies of mothers and unborn.
We look forward to the further course of the project and the publication of the final project results.
